The problem
Australia's conveyancing infrastructure is consolidated around a handful of providers (PEXA, InfoTrack, LEAP, Smokeball), yet none of them own the actual client experience. Buyers, vendors and conveyancers still navigate a nine-stage matter as a black box, chasing documents and status updates by phone and email.
The solution
We're building ConveyOS as an AI-assisted platform spanning the full matter journey — lead capture, onboarding, document collection, identity verification, AI-assisted contract review, matter progression, pre-settlement, settlement and post-settlement — with a distinct, guided experience for buyers, vendors and conveyancers at each stage.
The outcome
Currently in active build, with contract review and matter progression as the current focus. A demo is available on request.
