The problem
Reporting consumed hours, not minutes
The client's workforce and booking data lived in a data warehouse only technical staff could query, so facility managers and workplace strategists waited on a manual report or a SQL request for even a simple utilisation question, a pattern that couldn't scale across a growing multi-tenant platform.
The solution
An agentic reporting assistant, not a dashboard
We took a working proof of concept to production: an agent built on the Model Context Protocol that composes calls across dozens of purpose-built analytics tools, with SQL guardrails, verified per-tenant isolation, session memory for follow-up questions, and a feedback loop, embedded directly into the client's own web app.
The outcome
Hours back, and a foundation for what's next
The assistant is live in production across the platform's tenants, with cross-tenant isolation verified before go-live. The engagement has since expanded into a second phase adding inline charts and an admin analytics dashboard, with a further initiative scoped as what's next.
