These terms govern your use of agxglobal.com.au (the “site”), operated by AgxGlobal Solutions Pty Ltd (ABN 56 694 242 129) (“AgxGlobal”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

These terms cover the website only. Work we perform for clients is governed by a separate written agreement, and nothing on this site forms part of that agreement or creates a contract to provide services.

Using the site

You agree not to:

• use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that interferes with its operation or with anyone else’s use of it;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its infrastructure, or any connected system;
• submit content that is unlawful, infringing, misleading, or that you do not have the right to share;
• scrape, mine, or systematically extract the site’s content, or use it to train a machine learning model, without our written permission.

The consultation assistant

This site offers an AI consultation assistant. It generates responses automatically and is provided for general information only. Its output may be incomplete, out of date, or wrong.

It is not professional, legal, financial, or technical advice, and it does not constitute a quote, a commitment, or an offer capable of acceptance. Do not rely on it as the sole basis for a decision. Nothing said by the assistant binds AgxGlobal.

Do not enter confidential, sensitive, or commercially privileged information into the assistant. Conversations are sent to a third-party model provider and emailed to us — see our Privacy Policy for detail.

Intellectual property

The site, its content, design, and code are owned by AgxGlobal or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own reference. Any other use — reproduction, republication, or commercial use — requires our written permission.

Trade marks, logos, and brand names appearing on the site belong to their respective owners. Where we describe work done for clients, those clients retain their own rights.

Content you submit

You retain ownership of anything you send us through the site. By sending it, you grant us permission to use it for the purpose of responding to you and assessing whether we can help. You confirm you have the right to send it.

Availability

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of the site at any time without notice.

Third-party links

The site may link to third-party websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, practices, or availability. A link is not an endorsement.

Liability

Where we are permitted to limit liability for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee, our liability is limited to resupplying the relevant service or paying the cost of having it resupplied.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State and the courts of appeal from them.
